The foundation of Talent Corner H.R. Services Pvt. Ltd. started in 2002 when Mr. Bankim Doshi joined the H.R. Industry.

Promoters of this company, he has decided to extend his knowledge to the H.R. market at a significant time. As you know, the H.R. industry is growing very fast in India and companies required many qualified persons for specialized positions. As a real businessman, he has many performance to lead with professionalism an efficient company to satisfy entirely each requirement. He had planned to develop his philosophy and his services in all over India and many offices have been already created. With this success, he adds real relationships with the International organizations who have investments in India. Therefore, openness to international may be possible. Mr. Bankim Doshi is a person open-minded, through his business, his important goal is to share experiences and point of views with other professionals.

Beginning his career in 1978, he started as a LIC agent (Life Insurance Corporation of India) in 1990 to 2004. Thanks to those experiences, he decided to launch various websites such as: www.anurash.com (various insurance products), www.lagnanbandhan. com (on-line matrimonial website) and www.satpusto.com (a family tree website).

Since 1989, he got major miletsones. He started with a business of ONE-CRORE in a single year, a level untouched by anyone in the past. Later, he surpassed his own set record, a single proposal of RS. TWO-CRORES and broke this previous record by a business of FIVE-CRORES. He was also awarded a GOLD MEDAL by the honable
form LIC Chairman.

He believes in one important thing that partnership is a key factor for every company which want to succeed in this area. Mr. Bankim Doshi has shown a significant competence to other professionals and develop a real performances in the Insurance industry and in the H.R. industry.

Managing Director

Mr. Rashesh Doshi is the managing director of Talent Corner. He joined in 2004 the company after his MBA specialized in Human Resources from a reputed university. He spearheaded all of the teams and the managers in this company and plays a major role in company’s recruitment and business development process at various levels. As member of Indian Merchant Chambers - Youth Wing and a committee member of Dreaming of an India Awakening. He is also well-known for his active participation in Rotary exchange programs.

As his father Mr. Bankim Doshi, he is a real business man and has seen that the HR Industry is a good market that we have to work on it. After few years, he took the reins as the managing director and show to the corporate world a professional company with efficient services. can be a good definition of the work of Mr. Rashesh Doshi.
